When olpo.com.au ship products
Products will be dispatched within 1-2 working day after we have confirmed your payment. (For EFT / Direct debit payments, it may take 1/2 business days to confirm the payment.) If there is any delay, you will be notified via email within two business days. After dispatching products, we shall send you the Courier Name and Consignment Number to track delivery online.
We do not ship products on credit
We never process an order until we receive the full payment (including shipping cost, GST etc). So, always pay the full money before submit any enquiry about shipping / delivery.
What happens when stock is not available
If there is not enough available stock, we shall send you an email within two business days. If you want, you can wait until the product become available or we shall refund your full money.

We do not support PO Box
Please never give any PO Box info as Shipping Address. We do not ship products to any PO Box.

We calculate shipping cost automatically
We use the web service of Auspost to calculate shipping cost automatically. Normally the shipping cost depends on the weight, destination postcode and dimensions of the parcel.
Special Shipping Cost
For many computer related products, we are offerring special shipping cost. You will see the special shipping cost info in product details page and also in the submit order page if any product is eligible for special shipping cost.
Special Shipping Cost: Zone A - $9.75 AUD
For all places of NSW, VIC, SA, Perth, Hobart and QLD (Only Brisbane & The Gold Coast). If any product is eligible for special shipping cost, then the option will be enabled automatically.
Shipping Cost: Zone B - $30.00 AUD
For all places of TAS, NT - Darwin and QLD (Other than Brisbane & The Gold Coast). If any product is eligible for special shipping cost, then the option will be enabled automatically.
